Members of the public who wish to provide comments to the Board during a Board meeting must sign up in advance of the Board meeting. Individuals may sign up beginning 72 hours prior to the posted meeting time.

To sign up in person at the meeting location – Submit the completed Public Comment form to the Board’s administrative assistant at least 15 minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin. The District Support Center is located at 3301 N 23rd Street, Canyon.
When a member of the public signs up to provide comments, the individual must indicate whether the comment pertains to an item on the Board agenda and, if so, which item or items.
If an individual signing up to comment will be accompanied by a translator, the individual must notify the District at the time of sign up.
In lieu of or in addition to speaking at an open meeting, a member of the public may also submit written comments to the Board. Written submissions to the Board are subject to public disclosure in accordance with the law.
