Members of the public who wish to provide comments to the Board during a Board meeting must sign up in advance of the Board meeting.

To sign up in person at the meeting location – Submit the completed Public Comment form to the Board’s administrative assistant at the District Support Center at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the meeting. The District Support Center is located at 3301 N 23rd Street, Canyon. The start time of all Board meetings may be found on the posted notice, which may vary.
When a member of the public signs up to provide comments, the individual must indicate whether the comment pertains to an item on the Board agenda and, if so, which item or items.
If an individual signing up to comment will be accompanied by a translator, the individual must notify the District at the time of sign up.
In lieu of or in addition to speaking at an open meeting, a member of the public may also submit written comments to the Board. Written submissions to the Board are subject to public disclosure in accordance with the law.
