Final Registration Steps Begin July 1

The Canyon Independent School District (CISD) is preparing for the 2024-2025 school year! Registration has been ongoing since April, and the final part of the registration process begins on July 1. Parents and guardians must complete these steps online at canyonisd.net/enrollment or log into their Skyward Family Access account to ensure their child is enrolled.

Complete Registration Online: All paperwork must be completed online before uploading any proof of residency.

Proof of Residency:

• Utility Bill: Must show a service address, a due date of July or later, and the guardian's name as listed in Skyward.

• If the Bill Isn't in Your Name: Submit a "Residency Form" along with the bill. This form is available at canyonisd.net under Resources > Student Forms or can be found by clicking here.

• Additional Forms: "Proposed Residency Form" and "Grandparent Form" may also be required and are available online at canyonisd.net under Resources>Student Forms and can be found by clicking here.

Full Registration Requires:

• Online registration documents

• Proof of residency

• Shot records (if required for new or updated immunizations)

• Birth Certificate (new students only)

Students are not fully registered until all documents are submitted and verified.
