Walk-In Immunization Clinics: Potter and Randall Counties

Take a current shot record to all locations.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Call ahead to ensure location has supply of vaccine needed,
• Age restrictions may apply at some locations.
• Verify if your insurance does or does not cover vaccines prior to visiting the clinic.
• Each family must know their insurance benefits prior to visiting the clinic.
• This is not an all inclusive list; please contact any pharmacy or your doctor’s office.

Monday-Friday 8 am – 4 pm, call for appointment
Extended hours: 1st Tuesday of each month 8 am – 6 pm
Cost for children: $14.85 for each shot, up to a max of $29.70. No eligible patient will be turned away due to inability to pay.
Children: Medicaid, no insurance, underinsured *Must have current shot record. Adults: Immunizations $14.85 each. No insurance, Medicaid, underinsured. *Shot record preferred but not a must. TB test are $15.

Private insurance is not accepted.

Walk-in clinic but appointments preferred for less wait time: Monday – Friday 8 am – 10 am, Monday – Friday 1 pm – 4 pm
Private Insurance and no insurance cost: $14 for one vaccine; 2 or more vaccines $28 (flat fee)
Medicaid, Superior, CHIP: free vaccinations
Bring shot record.
